We are committed to providing high-quality equipment and supplies for your custom apparel business. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Request Authorization
Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to ColDesi
Affix the return label and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box, then ship the package via a trackable carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned goods to verify condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 7-10 business days.
